I. Systems Consulting and Design
We review your process and determine the right solution based on your business needs. We generate and deliver a "package" that contains all information and characteristics of the proposed solution. The package includes:

II. System Development and Installation
II.1 Development and Integration
The assigned Project Manager coordinatse all aspects of the project, including programming, configuration, and integration of all components into a single working solution.
II.2 Assembly and Staging when Required
When appropriate, the complete configuration, including all components, is assembled in a dedicated client stage. Here, technical issues are resolved and the solution tested and demonstrated.
II.3 Testing, Simulation and Acceptance
Sinartia performs tests at various stages from unit testing of code to total system testing. Sophisticated simulation methods are often used that provide real-time, "dynamic" performance testing. As part of the acceptance process, you can operate and test the solution before it is installed at your facilities.
II.4 Installation and Commissioning
Sinartia will directly install or supervise the installation at your site. Once implemented, Sinartia performs final operational testing and presents the results before commissioning (going live).
II.5 Documentation and Training
Sinartia provides detailed user training as well as special technical training as required. We also offer training for trouble-shooting, upgrades and modifications. Finally, we provide a complete set of documentation for each system, written by our dedicated staff technical writer.
III. After-Market Support
The key to Sinartia's comprehensive aftermarket support programs is flexibility. You can enter into one of several types of service support agreements to minimize downtime and maximize production.
Sinartia offers a preventative maintenance program that can be contracted on an annual basis. We back up and clean up files, tune monitor systems and conduct other operations to ensure continual uptime.
Another contractual agreement you can take advantage of involves repairs. If there is a system failure, Sinartia will respond in varying time frames, depending upon the agreement. Response time ranges from a first-come/first-serve basis during regular business hours to immediate response, 24/7.
Finally, we offer a secure online monitoring system for your convenience.
